摘要
研究了负载钛催化剂引发丁二烯在 0~ 4 0℃的本体沉淀聚合动力学。结果表明 ,体系在单体液相未消失之前转化率与时间成直线关系 ,即聚合速率恒定 ,表现为稳态聚合。丁二烯本体沉淀聚合的表观活化能为 33.5k J/ mol。一定条件下的聚合速率方程为 :Rp=kp[Bd]0 [Ti]0 [Al]
The kinetics of bulk precipitation polymerization of butadiene with supported titanium catalysts was studied at 0~40 ℃. The results show that there is a steady polymerization character in this system before the monomer liquid phase disappearing. The apparent active energy calculated was about 33.5 kJ/mol. The kinetic equation of the bulk precipitation polymerization was obtained: R p= k p[Bd] 0[Ti] 0[Al] 0.
