摘要
以 (NH4 ) 2 S2 O8为氧化剂 ,在非极性溶剂 -功能质子酸 -水三相体系中 ,采用乳液聚合方法合成聚苯胺。对乳液聚合与化学氧化溶液聚合合成的聚苯胺性能进行了比较 ,研究了掺杂酸、氧化剂、反应时间、温度等聚合条件对聚苯胺导电性、溶解性等性能的影响。结果表明 ,乳液聚合产率高于 80 % ,聚苯胺电导率大于 1S/cm。
WT5,5”BZ]The emulsion polymerization of aniline in three phase system of non polar or weakly polar solvent functionized protonic acid water was carried out using (NH 4) 2S 2O 8 as oxidant. The properties of polyaniline synthesized by both emulsion polymerization and chemical oxidation polymerization were evaluated. The effect of emulsion polymerization conditions, such as doping acid, oxidant, reaction time and temperature on the solubility, conductivity and yield of polyaniline was studied. The results show that the polyaniline synthesized by emulsion polymerization has much higher solubility in organic solvents than that synthesized by chemical oxidation polymerization. The yield of PAn DBSA reaches 80% and the conductivity is over 1 S/cm.
