摘要
采用质子酸、Lewis酸均相催化法研制出环氧改性糠醛丙酮化学灌浆材料 ,研究了糠醛丙酮酸均相催化反应的反应机理、环氧改性糠醛丙酮浆材固结体的力学性能。实验结果表明 ,胺固化的环氧改性糠酮化学浆材具有良好的应力 -应变关系 ,2 8d压缩强度可达 86 .2 MPa,压缩弹性模量为 9.2 3× 10 2MPa,浆材的渗透性能与其粘度密切相关。酸直接均相催化固化的浆材粘度低、渗透性好 ,2 8d压缩强度达 86 .8MPa。
A novel high performance chemical grouting material was prepared by polymerization of furfural and ketone catalyzed by proton acid and lewis acid. The reaction mechanism and mechanical properties were studied. The result shows that material mixed together with epoxy resin cured by amine exhibites good relationship of stress and strain, and the compression strength and compression elastic modulus after 28 d reaches 86.2 MPa, 9.23 ×10 2 MPa respectively. Permeability of grouting material is decided on its initial viscosity. The grouting material directly catalyzed by acid has low viscosity and high permeability and 86.8 MPa compression strength after 28 d, and the price decreases greatly.
