摘要
用SOL-GEL方法,在MS中加入TBOT、MAPS,经共水解、缩聚制成准无机纳米溶胶粒子,然后原位聚合到PMMA中,得到的PMMA/MS杂化材料比PMMA有更好的耐热性、耐溶剂性、强度和硬度,并讨论了反应条件对这些性能的影响。
The pre- inorganic nano - particles sol consisting of the MS、TBOT、MAPS system was synthesized with solgel technique by hydrolysis polycondensation process , which was compounded with PMMA by in-situ polymerization process. This resited PMMA/MS hybrid material is of better heat resistance, solvent resistance, tensile strength and hardness than those of pure PMMA, and the effects of the reacting condition parameters on the properties of the hybrid mater were discussed.
