摘要 通过二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(铜试剂)取代PVC上的部分氯原子,在PVC分子链上引入光敏基因,在紫外线照射下,PVC分子可发生交联反应形成交联产物。实验研究了铜试剂用量、接枝反应温度与时间以及紫外光辐照时间对PVC凝胶含量及力学性能的影响,在1kW高压汞灯距试样0.5m、辐照2h的最佳交联条件下,可得到凝胶含量超过83%的交联产物。 Light sensitive group was introduced into PVC molecular chain by sodium diethyldithiocarbanate (copper reagent)substituting for some chlorines of PVC molecular chain. In the rediation of ultra-violet light, crosslink-ing reaction took place between PVC molecular chains so that crosslinking PVC was obtained. The effects of the dosages of the copper reagent, the temperature and time of grafting reaction and the time of ultra-violet light rediation on gel content and mechanical properties of cross inking PVC were investigated and the optimum crosslinking condition was found. In this condition, PVC cross linking product which contains more than 83 percent gel content was obstained.
