摘要
涂料综合性能评价法 (TPE法 )是九十年代提出的一种比较客观的和定量的评价涂料综合性能的方法 ,对于新品种开发和选用涂料很有实际意义。
This is a test method appeared in the nineties which is a comparatively objective and quantitative evaluation method for testing paint performance. It is meaningful for new product development and for paint selection. This paper has a thorough description on this test and a water based epoxy coatings is used as an example to show the application of this test method.
