摘要
在西藏拉萨进行了卵状鬼伞 (Coprinusovatus)俗称嘎夏蘑菇的生长温度、培养基酸碱度、培养料成分、栽培方法比较试验和中试。根据各项数据和当地资源情况 ,确定以青稞桔杆和牛粪为主要原料 ,pH值为 6 5~ 7 5,每年 5~ 1 1月间在当地用熟料分两个阶段栽培嘎夏磨菇 ,并筛选了高产优质菌株。该野生品种人工驯化成功 ,可在西藏地区推广生产。
Researched on the relationships between growth of Gaxa (Coprinus oatus),a wild edible fungus from Lhasa,Tibet,and its growing temperature,acid value of culture medium,training substractes,cultivation technology process.Deal with local conditions,a middle dimension cultivation test displayed that its a good way using high land barley straw and cow dung as main materials,and kept pH6 5~7 5 Best of all,at Lhasa,Gaxa could be cultured in 2 stages from May to November.Spawn running was in sterilized plant bars piled up indoors,while fruiting stage in a shady shed outside.Gaxa was successful domesticated for local extensive production.
