摘要
该文报导了以三倍体毛白杨木质纤维为主要原料 ,玻璃纤维为增强材料 ,胶粘剂采用BN - 1号PF树脂 ,根据材料的混杂比、混杂界面数、铺装顺序等参数 ,设计并研制出二种组合形式的玻璃纤维增强木质 (纤维 )复合材料 ,并对其复合工艺进行系统研究 .结果表明 :玻璃纤维与人工林木材———三倍体毛白杨复合 ,只要采用适当的工艺 ,制备出的复合材料其性能可以达到或超过欧共体定向结构板 (PrEN30 0 - 94OSB 4)的标准要求 ,可作为工程结构材料 .
The paper reports two kinds of fiberglass-reinforced wood-based compound material which were designed and manufactured in traditional producing process according to the parameters of the mingling degree, the number of mingling interface and the order of putting, etc. The further step was to study systematically the compounding process. The raw material was particle and the resin used was the BN - 1 PF. The results show that if the proper process was taken, the properties of the compound material could reach or even exceed the standard issued by EEC(PrEN300 - 94OSB/4) and the compound material could be used in engineering structure.
