摘要
采用RAPD技术,用从200 个随机引物筛选的22 个10碱基随机引物对148个桃品种进行DNA扩增。根据各品种扩增的RAPD带和聚类结果,分析具特殊位点,并在聚类图中聚在外围、相似系数较低的品种有玉露蟠桃、秋蜜、爱保太、佛尔蒂尼莫蒂尼和金皇后等特殊品种种质。从分子生物学角度,为种质保存和育种提供理论依据。
Using the technology of RAPD, DNAs of 148 cultivars of Amygdalus persica were amplified by pre-selected 22 decamer arbitrary primers. Judging by the RAPD bands and dendrogram of all experimental cultivars, the cultivars located in outermost in dendrogram, which had special loci and lower similarity index were Yulupantao ( a flat peach cultivar),Qiumi(a mitao cultivar),Elberta,Fuerdinimodini and Glod queen(yellow peach cultivars).From aspects of molecular biology, It provided theoretical basis for conservation of germplasm and breeding.
