综述了植物细胞染色体倍性鉴定的染色体计数法、流式细胞分析法、检测气孔大小及气孔保卫细胞叶绿体数目法等各种检测方法 。
Methods of plant cell ploidy level identification including chromosome counting,flow cytometry,stomata size,chloroplast number in stomatal guard cells, etc. were reviewed.Their advantages and disadvantages were also discussed.[KH2/3D]
