摘要
针对磁头型磁弹性扭矩传感器输出受气隙干扰的问题 ,设计了一种恒定磁通控制和乘积电流补偿相结合的方案 ,并设计相应的励磁和信号放大电路 ,对制作的传感器标定结果表明 ,所设计的方案较好地补偿了气隙干扰 ,灵敏度和线性良好 ,其市场前景广阔。
To eliminate the interference of air-gap variation on the signal output of magnetoelastic torque sensor, a new sensor scheme with air-gap compesation has been designed .Its performance is demonstrated in the experiment result, which shows its advantages of resistablity to air-gap variation, high sensitivity , and good linearity . It has broad market potentials.
