摘要
阐述如何利用光栅精密测量的特性 ,实现角度位移变量的测量及电信号的转换 ,在此基础上采用脉冲鉴相及四倍频电路实现信号方向识别和提测量精度。这种应用具有抗干扰能力强、结构简单的特性。
How the character of precision of raster be applied to realize the measurement of angular displacement and the exchangement of electro-signal by its is discussed. The indatification of signal and the devolopment of precision of measurement are completed through direction recognition pluse quadruplex and direction recognition. The application take on the advantage of anti-interference and simgle-strueture.
