摘要
以一台存在结渣的国产 30 0 MW机组的 10 2 5 t/ h锅炉为对象 ,采用数值模拟对其中硫铁矿和煤粉及其飞灰颗粒的运动进行数值计算 ,通过对两者在炉内的运动和水冷壁附近颗粒浓度的比较 ,探讨结渣产生的机理和原因 ,并对与结渣有关的含硫量、Fe S2 密度、硫铁矿颗粒尺寸分布。
Numerical modeling was used to study the flow characteristics of FeS 2 particles and pulverized coal and its fly ash in the furnace of a 1 025 t/h pulverized coal fired boiler.By comparing the flow trajectories and mass concentration distribution near the walls of FeS 2 particles with those of fly ashs the mechanism and process of slag formation are explained.This report also studies the influence of the content of pyrite in coal,the density of FeS 2,the size of FeS 2 particles and the influence of reducing the diameter of imaginary circle on slag formation.
