加强人力资源开发 促进我国经济发展

Strengthen the Development of Manpower Resources so as to Promote the Development of Economy of Our Country

人力资源开发和一国经济增长之间存在正相关关系。我国目前的人力资源状况不能适应经济健康稳定发展的需要 ,应该从实施农村劳动力的转移、加大教育投资力度、建立系统教育工程及重视中西部人力资源开发等方面强化我国人力资源开发力度。

There are positive relations between the development of manpower resources and the economic growth of a nation,At present the situation of manpower resources of our country couldn't meet to the needs of healthy and stability development of economy,we should strengthen the degree of power of manpower resources development from implementing transfer of rural labour force、enforcing educational investment、establishing systematic educational engineering and pay more attention to central west manpower resources development and so on.
