调整农业结构既是我国农村改革成功经验的总结 ,也是新阶段农业和农村经济发展的必然选择。要紧紧依靠科技进步与创新 ,调整农业和农产品结构 ;扶持农业产业化经营 ,促进农产品加工 ;推进农村城镇化 ,调整农村劳动力就业结构 ;要转变政府职能 ,加强政策引导 ,增加公共物品投入 ,完善对农业的支持和保护体系。

Regulating agricultural structure is both the summarization of successful experience of rural reform of China and the inevitable choice of the development of agriculture and rural economy at new stage.We have to firmly depond on the progress of science and technology and making innovation,regulate the structure of agriculture and agricultural products;maintain the industrialization management of agriculture and promote the processing industry of agricultural products;push forward villages become cities and towns and regulating the employment structure of rural labour force;at the same time we should change our governmental function,enforce the guidance by policy,increase the imput of public materials,improving the supporting and protection system of agriculture.
