According to Sustainable Development as the Guidance to Regulate and Optimize of Rural Industrial Structure of Shanxi Province

山西农村产业结构的现状是 :农业低而不稳 ,基础十分薄弱 ;工业粗放、低效 ,对环境破坏严重 ;第三产业快而不全 ,与生产专业化、现代化要求相适应的社会化服务体系 ,不健全、不配套。这种不合理的产业结构 ,是计划经济体制实施的结果。在市场经济体制下 ,依托当地的资源优势 ,以可持续发展为指导 ,选择“草业、林果业———畜牧业———农副产品加工业”这样一个新的产业链 ,是调整、优化山西农村产业结构的有效途径。

The status quo of the industrial structure in villages of Shanxi province are:The yields of agricultural products is not only low but also unstable,the basic facilities is very weak;the industry is extensive and has a low efficiency,seriously destroy the natural environment;The tertiary industry is incomplete. The socialization service system which suit to the request of socialization、specialization、and moderization of production is not healthy and has not set a complete set.Such a kind of unreasonable industrial structure is the result of implementing planning economy system.Under market economy system,deponds on the superiority of local resources,according to sustainable development as the guidance,choose grass、forestry and fruit trees-animal husbandry-agricultural products and by-products processing industry,such a kind of new industrial chain will be the effective way for regulating and optimizing the industrial structure in villages of Shanxi province.
