从明清山西商人看现代企业经营管理

商人是一种文化现象 ,明清时期 ,山西商人有“善贾”之称 ,并以卓越的商才和大企业家精神享誉海内外。我们应从明清时期“商而成帮”看现代企业的团队精神 ;从诚信为本看现代企业经营法则 ;从山西商人的稳健发展看现代企业的经营战略选择 ;从山西票号看国有企业的委托代理制度。我国的企业改革除抓好制度建设外 ,应注意非正式制度对道德风险的约束 ,提倡“以德兴业。”

Merchants is a kind of culture phenomenon,in the stage of Ming and Qing dynasty,the merchants of Shanxi province had the name of “be good at doing business”,they had the reputation both at home and abroad with brilliant commercial capacity and great enterpriser spirit.We should begin from the “gang of merchants”in Ming and Qing dynasty to look at the group and team spirit of modern enterprise;from faithful and honest as the root to look at the managerial rules of modern enterprise;from the stable development of Shanxi′s merchants to look at the choice of managerial strategy of modern enterprise;from Shanxi′s bank note shop to look at the entrust agency system of state-owned enterprise.The reform of the enterprise of China on one hand should grasp well the establishment of system,on the other hand we should pay attention to the abnormal system upon the moral and risk restriction,advocate“to initiate enterprise according to moral”.
