摘要
本文在分析河湟地区区域开发有利因素和制约因素的基础上 ,提出了河湟地区实现持续发展的区域开发建设框架 ,即加快交通运输为主的基础设施建设 ;依托本省优势资源 ,发展原材料及加工工业 ;改善农业生产条件 ,调整农业结构 ,增加农民收入 ;合理布局产业。
The article have analysed condition and developing factors of Hehuang area, the advanced the region exploitation frame and countermeasure of sustainable development of Hehuang Qinghai.
