摘要
目前我国不少地方的企业正在试行股票期权制。通过对股票期权制发展最完善的美国企业的股票期权制的发展现状、要素、形式和存在问题的分析介绍 ,旨在我国企业从中能有所借鉴。
At present quite a number of enter prises in our country is deve1oping a system in which their managing personnel can enjoy limited stock holder′s right.The present essay introduces and analyses the current state,elements,forms and existing problems of the system in American enterprises where the system is fully developed so that the interprises in our country can draw some inspiration from it.
