Liberty,Institution and Hongkong Financial System——A Reference to China's Financial system with the Access to WTO

本文从理论上对金融自由与制度辩证关系予以分析 ,得出金融制度与自由相结合是金融自由充分实现的必要条件之一的结论。并进一步以香港金融制度为例证对所作的理论分析予以验证。

This paper analyses theoretically the dialectical relation between finance liberty and institution,and comes to a conclusion that the combination of finance liberty and institution is one of the essential conditions to realize liberty.It also verifies the theoretical analysis with an illustration of Hongkong financial system.
