摘要
在决定经济增长的诸因素中 ,制度是一个重要的内生变量 ,从制度安排、制度变迁的角度对我国省区经济的非均衡增长进行制度分析 ,说明要缩小省区经济增长差距 ,实施西部大开发战略 ,必须致力于制度创新 ,推动经济的市场化进程。
Institution is an important internal variable among many decisive factors to the economic growth.From the angles of arrangements and changes,the author makes an institutional analysis of the unbalanced economic growth in China's provinces and regions to prove that we must work for the institutional innovation to push the process of China's economic marketability in case either to reduce the disparities between provinces and regions or to implement the western development strategies.
