摘要
在马克思主义政治经济学的范畴内 ,结合激励理论 ,从工资的本质内涵出发 ,延伸到当代工资外延的扩展 ,通过揭示工资与激励问题中存在的某些假象 ,证明工资并不存在正向激励作用 ,进一步提出工资制度在实践操作中应该遵循的原则和注意的问题。
In the field of Marxist political economics,this paper reveals some pseudomorphs in the relation between pay and encouragement,combining with the theory of encouragement from the connotation to the extension of pay,to prove that pay does not have the positive function of encouragement,and further puts forward some principles and atlentions which should be followed and paid to in the practice of pay system.
