摘要
2 0世纪 80年代初以来 ,主要发达国家的官方机构、民间组织和学术界对国际竞争力的研究日趋活跃 ,而我国在 90年代初才开始国际竞争力的研究。本文对国家竞争力的主要理论与评价体系进行了回顾 ,它们分别是 :国际贸易观、国家竞争优势理论、世界经济论坛 (WEF)和瑞士国际管理发展学院 (IMD)的国际竞争力评价体系。这些理论观点的提出 ,从不同角度、不同侧面解释了国家竞争力的内涵、构成与发展 ,对国家竞争力理论的发展做出了贡献。
Since thd early 1980s,the researches on international competitiveness in the developed countries have become more and more active in the official institutions,nongovernmental organizations and academic circles,but China began its researches just in the early nineties.The author makes a review in the main theories of nation competitiveness and its evaluation systems,namely,views on international trades,theories of nation competitiveness advantages,World Economic Forum(WEF),the international competitiveness evaluation systems of Swiss IMD Institute.These theories give an explanation to the connotation,constitution and development of nation competitiveness from diffevent angles and diffenent aspects,thus make a contrubution to the development of the mation competitiveness theories.
