摘要
我国加入ＷＴＯ以后，必将面对发达国家要求承诺关税和非关税减让的巨大冲击，首当其冲受到影响的产业之中就有汽车工业，尤其是轿车工业，以现有的实力根本无法抗衡。因此，国家应采取政策措施、企业应采取技术措施应对ＷＴＯ的挑战。
Our state shall face against a severe impact of tariff and non-tariff reduction promise required by the developed countries after China joined in WTO. The industry to be affected firstly shall be the automotive industry, specially the car indus- try, it does not contend with them according to our present actual strength. In this case, the policies and technical approaches shall be adopted by our state and enterprises respectively to face with the challenges for WTO.
