摘要
由于组成沥青混合料的矿质集料均有不同数量的孔隙 ,这些孔隙在沥青混合料拌和、摊铺和使用过程中均会吸收一定量的沥青结合料。沥青被矿料吸收后 ,其实际有效的沥青含量才真正起到形成强度的作用 ,因此如何评价集料吸入沥青数量就显得尤为重要。本文深入研究了集料吸入沥青数量评价方法 ,以便在沥青混合料配合比设计中得出正确的空隙率、骨架间隙率和沥青饱和度 ,从而满足路面性能的要求。研究结果表明 ,采用实测沥青混合料在 15 0℃、老化
All mineral aggregates used in the hot mix asphalt mixtures have some porosity which tends to absorb some amount of asphalt continually after mixing in the plant during construction and in service. The paper studies on evaluation of asphalt absorbed by mineral aggregate; so that the void parameters such as Vv. VMA and VFA of the compacted mix can be determined uniformly and accurately. Based on the test result it has been recommended to use the new maximum density method for determining asphalt absorption after the HMA has been aged 4 hours at 150℃, the method can determine the amount of asphalt absorbed by mineral aggregates.
