摘要
分析了出现螺纹联接松缓的主要原因 ,介绍了解决螺纹联接松缓问题的一种新的方法 ,并通过对螺纹联接蓄能防松缓装置具体技术方案的实际考察 ,为解决预紧螺纹联接 ,尤其是机车抱轴及齿轮箱螺栓联接松缓问题 。
The main reasons of thread connection looseness were analyzed. A new method of eliminating thread connection looseness was introduced. Through the real investigations of specific technical schemes of anti looseness energy storage equipment for thread connection, a new approach was found to eliminate looseness of pretensioned thread connection, especially locomotive wheel axle and gear box bolt connection looseness.
