摘要
NYJ1型液力传动内燃动车组采用XFD 2型踏面制动单元 ,在制动缸体上部增加弹簧停车制动器 ,取代了机车的手制动。该动车在单元制动缸管出现裂损、动车处于制动状态的情况下 ,报警装置未发生作用。针对该故障从其原理、设计上进行了分析及论证 。
The XFD-2 tread braking unit was used in NYJ 1 diesel hydraulic multiple units. The spring stop brake added above braking cylinder bodies replaced locomotive manual braking. Alarm equipment did not work when the unit braking cylinder pipes of this railcar cracked and railcars were in the braking mode. Based on this failure, analysis and demonstration were carried out in terms of principle and design and the improvement measures were taken.
