Quality Control of Bibliographic Data for Online Cataloguing

针对网上联机联合编目的特点 ,论述书目数据质量控制方法 ,倡导“以人为本” ,强调编目员在数据质量控制中的价值 ,提出推行执证上岗制度 。

This paper discusses methods of quality control of bibliographic data in light of characteristics of online union cataloguing. It promotes a concept of “human elements first” through focusing on values of cataloguers in maintaining quality control of bibliographic data. Meanwhile it points out that a thought for brand cataloguers is created by means of carrying out a system of only qualified personnel to perform the tasks of catloguing in the library field.
