摘要
弱者保护原则在我国劳动立法中有诸多体现。保护弱者是劳动合同关系所要遵循的准则 ,也是顺利完成劳动合同的一个重要保证。但是随着时间的推移 ,新的社会关系、生产要素急剧变化 ,劳动法规还急需得到完善。
The priciple of protecting weakers has been embodied in labor laws in our country.It is a rule followed by relationships of labor contract,which is a guarantee of completing labor contracts successfully.But the labor laws require eagerly perfection,developing and complematarity.
