本文介绍了可编程序控制器(PLC)在曲轴动平衡测量校正系统中的应用。曲轴在旋转时产生的振动信号经过相敏整流放大后送入PLC,由PLC算出六个曲拐上的不平衡量并控制去重机在各拐上去重校正。
This paper introduces the application of programmable Controller (PLC) in the measuring and correction system of crankshaft dynamic balancing. Vibration signals, obtained from sensors when a crankshaft rotates, are passed through the phase-sensative rectifier and then transmitted to the PLC. The PLC computes the unbalance weight at six correction planes and controls the drilling machine to correct unbalance.
