摘要
本文较为详细地讨论了磁性调压器的结构、性能及工作原理,并结合WZL-4大型真空钎焊气淬炉自动控温系统的实际,介绍了利用微型计算机-磁性调压器在真空电阻炉中实现高精度的控温原理,它具有一定的通用性和实用性。
The construction, performance and working principle of the magnetic voltage regulating transformer was discussed in this paper. According to the temperature a tocontrol system of the WZL-4 (a large type of vacuum brazing air cooled electric furnace), the paper discussed the temperature autocontrol principle to carry out the high degree of control accuracy in the electric furnace by the use of micro computer/magnetic voltage regulating trasformer. This method can be widely applied.
