摘要
为预防工件的报废,由机床试加工时工作台的运动信息生成理论的坐标轴运动轨迹,然后将实际的运动轨迹与理论的轨迹进行比较,监控加工。理论的运动轨迹用最小二乘法进行拟合生成。测得的工作台位的数据要进行线性滤波。监控系统完全独立于机床,数据拟合和加工监控用微机实现。
The processing in parts manufacturing is monitored through comparing theoretical motion path with the practical one in one to prevent parts from damaging. The theoretical motion path of the machine tool's axis is generated from the trial manufacturing and fitted by fitted least square method. The measured data of the practical table motion in manufacturing must be firstly processed using linear filtering. The monitor system is independent of the machine tool. The data fitting and the machining process monitoring are completed in a microcomputer.
