摘要
采用亚硫酸盐法纸浆废液与石油酸和非离子型表面活性剂复配制备了一种廉价的重油乳化剂。实验中采用均匀设计与调优软件进行实验方案的设计和实验结果的优化,考察了乳化剂中纸浆废液、石油酸、阴离子和非离子表面活性剂间的协同作用,以及pH值的影响。
A cheap heavy oil emulsifier was obtained from the composite of the spent sulfite cooking liquor from the pulping of reed, petroleum acid, anionic surfactant and nonionic surfactants. The optimized emulsifier formulation is composed of spent sulfite cooking liquor 200 mg, petroleum acid 100 mg, anionic surfactant 100 mg, auxiliary 2 mg, nonionic surfactant 250 mg and stabilizer H 100mg, with the pH 11 the emulsifier is 0.55% of the emulsified oil, a w/o type heavy oil emulsion with the weight of oil and water in the ratio of 70 to 30 was obtained and its stability was higher than 72 h at 80℃. The uniform design and optimization software were used to design the experimental plans and optimize the results, the cooperative effects of spent sulfite cooking liquor, petroleum acid, the anionic and nonionic surfactants used as the components of the emulsifier, and the effect of the pH value have been researched.
