摘要
本文提出了一种新的加工精度控制方法——自适应预报控制方法。该方法通过对加工过程的在线、实时辨识和预报,不断获得加工过程的当前状态和未来状态的信息并根据这些信息作出控制决策。应用该方法于圆锥轴承的切入磨削加工使磨削精度显著提高。
A new metho to control machining accuracy--Adaptive Predictive Control method was Presented, The control is made based on the real time identification and prediction of the machining Process. The accuracy was improved largely in the plunge grinding of the tapered roller bearing using this methol.
