摘要
通过对高压上浆工艺量化进一步研讨 ,就纱线品种因素进行试验分析 ,找出纯棉纱与涤棉纱压出加重率Sa 与压出回潮率Wa 的差异 ,以及覆盖率增大引起Sa 和Wa 降低的规律。压浆力界定在 2 0kN~ 40kN时应与相适应的速度配合方可收到高压效果。列出了各种浓度相应的低粘度水平 ,浆液最低粘度应能保证上浆稳定 ,不轻浆 ,一般以 8s左右为宜。
Researching and discussing about quantitative method of high pressure sizing processing,analyszing factors of diffirent kinds of yarn,it had been obtained that was the reduction regularity of squeezing weighting percentage( S a )and squeezing moisture regain ( W a ) of pure cotton yarn and polyester & cotton blended yarn.The sizing pressure between 20 kN ~40 kN was only associated with suitable speed,the high pressure effect could be got.Here,all kinds of low viscosity level were listed,which was applicable to all kinds of concentration.The lowest viscosity would meet the needs of stable sizing,usually within 8 s.
