本文介绍了使用OMRON C500型可编程控制器(PC)作为集散型锅炉控制系统(BMCS-1000)的基本控制器(BC)的一个实例,并提供了用可编程控制器实现同上位机(SC)的双向通讯、PID串级比值调节、程序控制、参数在线设定等功能的设计思路和实施方法。
This article introduces an application example of OMRON C500 series programmable controller (PC), which is used as the basic controller (3C) in distributed microcomputer boiler control system. It also shows a design concept and implementation method of P1D series proportion al adjustment, sequece control, parameter on-line setting and bi-directional communication with host computer, etc, functions.
