摘要
探讨聚合方法和交联剂用量对织物涂层剂性能的影响。以丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯腈和甲基丙烯酸为单体 ,N -羟甲基丙烯酰胺为交联剂 ,采用乳液聚合超微粒子化方法制得自交联涂层剂。其膜柔软光滑 。
The effect of polymerization method and dose of crosslinking agent on fabric coating agent. Self-crosslinking coating agent was prepared by supermicroemulsion polymerization with butyl acrylate, ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile and methacrylic acid as monomers and N-methylol acrylamide as crosslinking agent. The product forms a soft and smooth film with excellent wear-resisting and anti-penetrating properties.
