摘要
汽车风扇离合器不仅是汽车节能的重要措施之一,也是保证汽车发动机在最佳温度下工作的温控系统。所以,离合器的性能好坏,直接影响发动机的正常工作。为提高汽车风扇离合器的产品质量,保证运行可靠性,我们参照“汽车硅油风扇离合器验收标准”,研制了汽车硅油风扇离台器全性能微机综合检测系统。试用结果表明,整个系统设计合理、可靠、手段先进,实现了自动在线综合检测,提高了工作效率和检测精度。
Automobile fan clutch is not only an important measure for automobile energy saving, but also a temperature controlled system to guarantee the motor working at optimal temperature. Therefore, the performance of clutch affects the normal work of motor. In order to improve the quality of clutch and assure working reliability, we have developed an all performance computer tester for automobile fan clutch with reference to the acceptance standard for automobile fan clutch. The trial results indicate that the design is reasonable and reliable, the measure is advanced. All performance test in line is realized. The working efficiency and measurement Precision is increased.
