摘要
G427发动机整体人缸盖铸件弯曲变形的极大超差,已无法应用传统的抽样检查保证缸盖燃烧空的容积精度。本文应用非接触式传感器和计算机技术研制了燃烧室容积的计算机辅助检测系统。文章深入探讨了“充液法”自动检测原理和信息处理方法,并对各个子系统的功能作了详细的介绍。该系统能屏幕显示、打印输出、统计分析,并可将定时信息通讯传输到数控铣床,为联机创造条件。
The volume Precision of the combustros can't he ensured by way of traditional smpling test, because there are serious crook in the integral cylinder cap of G427 engine. This Paper introduced the computer aided test system of the combustor volume with the contractless sensons and computer technology. This paper deeply explored the principle of automatic test by ''liquid filling' and the method of sign process, detaily explained the functions of all sub-systems. In this system, the test results can be displayed on sereen, printed and statistical analysed. This system can transmit the test sign to CNC miller and creates conditions for linking to CNC miller.
