摘要
经测定 Bacillus sp No46菌株摇瓶发酵的粗酶液用于大麻脱胶,其效果与酶液中果胶酶最密切,与木聚糖酶、甘露聚糖酶等有一定关系。果胶酶可作为具有多处酶活的脱胶酶制剂脱胶效果的一个重要指标。
It was found that the effects of crude enzyme solution Bacillus sp. No. 46 strains fermented in shaker on hemp ratting were moot closely related to pectinase and related to some extent with such enzymes as xylanse, CMCase in the solution. Pectinase content can be used as an important index of retting ability of the crude enzyme solution. Enzymatic and chemical retting were compared by scanning electron microscope, I. R. and paper chromatography analysis.
