摘要
本文提出了一个利用人工智能专家系统技术来建造CAPP系统的创新方案,并开发了一个以加工中心为背景的计算机辅助工艺规程设计系统,名为清华CAPP系统(THCAPP-1)。系统采用类似英语谓词来描述零件,以生成式规则来表达工艺领域知识,并且提出了层次规化的概念和过程网结构,利用由过程网和谓词构成中间数据库来贮存中间层次规划。系统采用由后向前,逐层深入的推理方法作为控制结构。并在北京第一机床厂进行验证,获得成功。
In this Paper, we discuss a new method of CAPP system with expert system artifical intelligence, and a named THCAPP-1 system was developed based on Machine Center, The system uses English predicates to describe workpieccs. and uses production rules 10 represent manufacturing knowledge.The hierarchy plan and procedure net structure were discussed. The middle hierarchy plans arc stosed in a middle database which consists of production rules and predicates.The system uses backward inference method as control structure. THCAPP-1 system has practised with success in Beijing First Machine Tool Works.
