摘要
振动攻丝是一种新型的加工方法。本系统用步进电机作为动力源实现丝锥的扭转振动,简化了机械结构。本文介绍了各子系统的功用及控制方法。步进电机及其驱动系统将脉冲信号放大去控制步进电机的运行。微型计算机控制系统控制脉冲序列的发送,实现振动攻丝中转速、振幅和频率的无级调整。切削过程控制系统利用测力传感器取得信号,经过A/D转换和数据处理,再将数字信号反馈给计算机去控制攻丝参数的改变。
Vibratory tapping is a new kind of machining method. The system using stepping motor as energy source roalises the torsional vibraticon of the tap and simplifies the mechanical structure.This paper introduces the function and control method of every sub-system. The stepping motor and its driving system amplifies the pulse signal which controls the motion of the stepping motor.Micro-computer control system controls the sending of pulse series and realises the change of speed, amplitude and frequency in vibratory tapping. The cutting process con trol system getssignal from the dynamometer, through the process of A/D convertion and data processing, and feeds the digital signal back to computer to control the change of the parameters in tapping.
