反应介质对MCM-41介孔分子筛合成的影响研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用正硅酸乙酯为硅源 ,表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为结构模板剂 ,用水热晶化法在碱性介质 (NaOH)和用室温直接法酸性介质 (HCl)中 ,分别合成出MCM 41介孔分子筛样品 ,通过XRD、IR、TG、N2 等温物理吸附等测试手段对这两种样品进行对比表征分析 ,考察了不同反应介质对其晶体结构。 Using tetraethylorthosilicate as silica source and hexadecry\|trimethyl\|ammonium bromide as template , the mesoporous moleculai sieve silica MCM\|41 was synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method in basic media and by room temperatural synthesis method in acid media .These materials were characterized by X\|ray Diffraction(XRD) , Thermogravimetric analysis(TG),Infrared spectra analysis(IR) and N\-2 physisorption .The effects of different reaction media on the crystalline structure and surface structure of synthesized silica MCM\|41 were investigated.
