摘要
运用扫描电子显微镜、波谱分析仪、光谱分析仪、显微硬度仪、EHF ED2 5 0KN 40L材料试验机等手段对E2 0 2换热器工艺管线弯头进行材料化学成份分析、力学性能测试、金相组织和裂纹断口形貌观察。实验分析结果表明 ,由于管弯头组织为马氏体 ,硬度高、塑性低 ;同时 ,管弯头材料成分含碳量偏高 ,在管内介质的腐蚀作用下 ,管内壁形成裂纹并不断扩展 。
A crack analysis is reported of tortuous tube in E202 heat exchanger. The microstructure, mechanical properties and fracture characteristics are studied under scanning electron microscope, X\|ray diffractioner, optical metallescope, microhardenss tester and tension tester. The results show that the tube is of martensite structure and higher carbon content, which results in early crack under H\-2\|H\-2S environment.
