研究了乙基罗丹明B -磷锑钼杂多酸 -PVA - 12 4超高灵敏显色反应测定沉积物中磷的分光光度法 ,缔合物的最大吸收波长为 580nm ,磷含量在 0 .0 2～ 0 .0 8mg/L服从比耳定律 ,其ε580 为 1.87× 10 5L·mol- 1·cm- 1.方法灵敏。

A highly sensitive spectrophotometric method is described for the determination of phosphorus based on the ion-associate B in the presence of PVA-124.The maximum absorption of the ion-associate complexes is at 580nm.It is according with Bill law when P concentration is 0.02～0.08mg/L.The apparent molar absorption coefficient is 1.87×10 5L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .
