摘要
针对涡轮式气流分级机 ,建立了颗粒在分级轮中的运动微分方程。通过对运动方程的分析 ,引出了表征颗粒径向行为特征的时间因次量 τ =ρd2 /18μ,并推导出分级区域宽度及分级粒径的表达式。经过比较实验 ,证明分级作用发生在分级轮外缘 ,实验分级结果与理论计算相一致。
A differential motion equation was developed for a single particle moving in a turbo air classifier. Analysis for the motion equation gave a group parameter τ=ρd 2/(18μ)of time dimension to characterize the radial behaviors of particles in the turbo air classifier.The expressions for the width of separation area and the cut size of particles were also derived from the motion equation.Comparative experiments show that effective separation takes place in the rim of the classifying rotator,conforming with the predicated result of theoretical analysis.
