摘要
研究了铁、铝、镁杂质对磷酸分解开阳磷矿的反应过程的影响。实验中通过测试氢离子活度的变化 ,以及对微观过程的观测与分析 ,发现影响反应过程的因素是多方面的 ,但主要来自于生成的产物固形物复盖了矿粒表面的活性点 ,阻塞了物质输运的孔隙 ,增大了扩散阻力。
The effects of Fe,Al and Mg impunities on the reaction process of the digestion of Kaiyang phosphate rock by phosphoric acid was studied.According to the variation of H ion activity and the microphenomenon of the process, it was found that the reaction rate decreases when the solid phases,which was produced during the reaction process,cover the reactive points on the surface of ore paticles, and plug the pores that are used for mass transfer.
