在分析传统专用夹具设计过程和夹具CAD技术应用状况的基础上 ,提出引入专家系统原理进行夹具方案设计和采用三维特征建模进行夹具结构设计的专用夹具CAD系统的体系结构 ,并论述主要模块功能 ,方案设计的知识表达方法 ,应用特征建模技术建立夹具元件模型 ,实现专用夹具的三维设计。

Based on the analyze of process of special fixture design and application situation of fixture CAD technology, this paper presents the structure of fixture CAD System of scheme design by expert system principle and structure design of fixture based on 3D feature modeling. The action of main function modules and the method of knowledge expression of scheme design are also discussed, The models of the fixture components are established by using the technology of feature modeling , and the 3D design of special fixture is realized.
