摘要
非光滑单元体材料 (白口铸铁 )与钢的连接是仿生非光滑表面减粘降阻的关键技术之一。本文采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、电子探针和X 射线衍射仪分析了多元铜基钎料钎焊白口铸铁钎缝界面冶金结合形成的特点及界面层对钎缝力学性能的影响。研究结果表明 :铜基钎料钎焊白口铸铁界面冶金反应剧烈 ,时间和温度对界面的形成影响明显。复杂界面层的形成降低了钎缝剪切强度 。
Joining for the material of the bionic unsmoothed unit(white cast iron)is one of the key technology in the studies of the bionic unsmoothed surface for the reducing soil adhesion and plowing resistance.The interface features of the metallurgy action and the influence of the interface on the brazing joint mechanical property are investigated for poly copper based filler metal brazing white cast iron by using metallography?SEM?electron probe and X ray diffractometer.Interface metallurgy action is intense for copper based filler metal brazing white cast iron and the influence of the time and temperature on the interface formation is obvious.The formation of the complicated interface reduces the brazing joint shearing strength.Fracture originates from the interface of the brazing joint along copper based filler metal brazing white cast iron.
