摘要 用乙酰丙酮锆与硝酸钇按一定的配比 (ZrO2 ∶Y2 O3=97∶3摩尔比 )以甲醇为溶剂制得溶胶 将溶胶拉丝烧结后得到ZrO2 纤维 对未烧结的ZrO2 纤维的前驱体进行热重(TG)和差热 (DTA)分析 ;通过XRD分析确定ZrO2 纤维的物相为亚稳态的四方相 ;对ZrO2 纤维进行扫描电镜 (SEM)和透射电镜 (TEM)分析 ;并对用溶胶涂膜烧结后而成的ZrO2 薄膜进行了原子力显微镜 (AFM)分析 在此基础讨论了ZrO2 The methanol solution of zirconium acetylacetone and yttrium nitrate were mixed in required proportions (molar ratio ZrO 2∶Y 2O 3=97∶3) and allowed to evaporate until a viscosity suitable for drawing fibres After spinning and sintering, zirconia fibers were obtained The thermal properties of zirconia precursors were studied by TG and DTA; X-ray (XRD) diffractometry showed the Zirconia fibers to contain metastable tetagonal ZrO 2; The sintered fibers were observed by SEM and TEM, and using the AFM studied the zirconia films Based on these analyses, the sintering process was studied
